These terms explain the DEMOSCENE website and booking request process. Any signed event agreement, quote, and venue-specific requirements will define the terms of an actual event.

Request and confirmation

Submitting the form or receiving an acknowledgement email does not reserve a date. Our staff review availability, event type, timings, equipment, food plans and production requirements. A booking is marked confirmed only after staff approval. Written commercial terms, payment arrangements and any required agreement must be agreed with the team separately.

Accurate event information

Provide accurate company, contact, event and guest information, including load-in and load-out times. Equipment quantities are requests subject to availability and agreement. Dates and times use America/Los_Angeles, including daylight saving time. Contact the team for overnight events or arrangements outside the form.

Changes and cancellations

You may edit or withdraw a pending request in My Scenes. For a confirmed event, submit a cancellation request or contact the team. A cancellation request alone does not cancel the reservation; the team must approve it. Any charges, refunds, deposits and deadlines depend on your separate written event agreement. This website does not collect payment or define a universal refund policy.

Venue use

Food, alcohol, amplified sound, accessibility needs, recording, event production, and any permits or insurance requirements must be discussed with staff. Events must comply with applicable laws and agreed venue rules. Do not misrepresent an event or submit abusive, unlawful or harmful content.

Accounts and publication

Keep your account credentials private and notify us of unauthorized use. Authorized staff accounts are restricted to our designated team. Public calendar publication is optional; you must have permission to publish the event information you provide. Private booking and contact details remain outside the public calendar.

Website content and availability

Images, the logo, and website content belong to their respective owners. The interactive model is based on a supplied plan and photos; dimensions and layouts are approximate and are not a guarantee of an event setup. Service availability and equipment may change. Contact staff to verify important requirements.
